Paul Juliano AutorSlavo it will be very soon! I've got the resin and PE parts on order. The gunpla I'm working on is almost ready for the painting phase. Once that moves into the Paint Queue, construction can start! This'll be my first aircraft model, but I'm really excited. The F-14 is one of my all-time faves!

Paul Juliano AutorThis may have been an ambitious project for my first airplane build, but go big or go home. It's is also my first big foray into resin and really complex PE. The toughest part so far was getting things off the molding blocks undamaged. Now that the primer is mostly done (just a few pieces need re-re-priming) I can start planning the most efficient way to paint this with an eye to minimizing masking. I want to airbrush as much as possible as the quality of my brush painting is okay, but doesn't really compare to the airbrush. Plus, brushing Tamiya paints is a pain in the butt.
