Ah, the fine engineering and fit of a Tamiya kit… Not! Boy this one has its' builders using the "modeling skills" to get it looking decent.

Then we'll see how it'll come out in the end. Even though I'm not so skilled I'll try my best.

those nozzles certainly look horrible. will you be printing a replacement? i did not know that Tamiya had such a bad fit in any kit

Guess you like challenging subjects.... hope you do well with this build. I know i would not for sure, dont have enough skills to fix that mess. By the way, have you seen the Kinetic kits for the Harrier? Just in case you get overwhelmed with this project. Following.

Thanks, for the comment. Yes I've seen that kit and maybe sometime I'll buy one, but this one I working on was sitting in my stash for quite some time.

I get ya Petr! I'm currently building this one too. It's not the best for sure. The nozzles suck big! I got mine to a point I can bear, but they're not great. Apparently this kit is known to have issues. Will follow yours 👀 looks like you are off to a good start 👍

You are brave. I have one in my stash, just will try an easier 1:48 aircraft kit before I tackle this one. Keen to see how you progress.
