Had some luck today afternoon with a little bit of sun. So I hurried to quickly mount the propeller and then quickly into the countryside! 🙂

Definitely brilliant "outside the box" modelling. A masterpiece. And very good pictures also! It's been a pleasure to follow this build.

I followed your build but seeing the pics of the finished model, I am still taken aback. The level of detail is just amazing. Your daylight pics add to it and do your model justice. This ain't a model, this is truly a little replica. Just brilliant.

Blessed Bavaria - Sunshine ! Something we could'nt even dream of in Hamburg today…….
No superlative that has'nt already been put to use in this thread, so hats off to you Maestro,
and these outdoor pictures are the icing on the cake. My admiration !

Wow, thank you very much mates for your overwhelming feedback! So it looks like the new photo setup was worth the effort 🙂
The Sopwith line in my cabinet is already very nice: Tabloid(Lebed), Schneider, Pup, Triplane, Camel and Dolphin. And I have the kits of Baby, 1 1/2 Strutter and Snipe in my stash so more to come 👍

What a beautiful little gem she turned out to be. The blue colour is extremely vibrant and the Camel is a joy to behold!

As I got some feedback, that my Camel must be bigger as 1:48, I added a picture of the bird in my hand. Hope this gives some trust 😉

Lovely work on the Camel. I will have to buy one of these WW1 Bi-planes one day. Top work Sir.

So many beautiful photos on another excellent Bughunter work 👍
Not the teaser, If I may say so.

Thank you very much for your nice comments, highly appreciated 👍
Now I'm looking forward to the night fighter Comic Camel, which is announced for this year.

Sorry Rui, I missed your comment before because I posted at the same minute!
I added the hand only later, because some do not believe the small scale 😉 I will change the teaser back to the first one.

No worries mate, I was just expressing my opinion, and I understud the hand photo for scalling. But so many beauty photos 👍, I had to say it 😉

This model is now shown in the new Eduard-Info journal for April, see page 118/119. But be warned, that is a HUGE PDF!
The high-resolution macro shots are merciless! I must mask more carefully ...

Thank you mates! That is my second model in this nice series of journals 😉
BTW, you can find all of them in an archive on the homepage of Eduard.

I can't say that I blame Eduard for wanting to use photos of your kits; they will certainly help to boost sales.
Excellent, excellent work!

Thank you very much! Your comments are highly appreciated!
The new tooled Camel is a great kit, I'm working now on my second one: the night fighter variant Camel Comic. I guess we will also see in near future the ships Camel as new kit 😉

Thank you Antoine! I can't read french, but DeepL.com was again big help here 😉
I think the real wood parts, the additional details and the exterior shots have a big part in the impression the model leaves.

wow, looks fantastic....
I build the old Revell 1/28 in this scheme, but no comparison to your build.

Thank you Robert! I hope the second Camel (this time as a Comic) will look as nice when it's finished.
