These tracks show the standard of modern kits, they worked a dream and the 1:1 plans are a great idea. I know some will say you should have working tracks always but if you don't have working suspension then they are a fiddly time consuming waste of effort. That's not to say correct droop is not the goal and Tamiya here show that can be done in a much easier way - top marks!

Looking a bit rough but after decal application, pin wash and flat coat hopefully it'll come together, if not then there is weathering to hide a multitude of sins 🤪 ( the biggest help to modeler of AVF has over air 🤣)

While there are few decals the turret ones are tricker to apply than you'd think. Their saving grace they respond well to micro sol

To days valuable lesson - label your tracks port/starboard especially if they are in four sections. I managed to attempt to join the wrong top and bottoms which in turn lead to more breakages. I think I've sorted it now but will ensure general road dust will cover any bad joins

Looking at my stash they are mainly Tamiya apart From Panzer III and the Panther which are both Takom kits. Hope to finish this one this week as just some simple weathering to go
