Markus, I've had a long model rut due to neck ache n' other stuff. I've finaly managed to do a little a couple of days ago but nothin' to show yet.

Get well Urban as i had a spinal problem too. Do not lean forward your head much and as a training at home, move your shoulders up and down every 20 minutes or so. Sleep on a very soft pillow but level. Take care
