Hello Holger, I am grateful for you welcome and interest.
I have just arrived back home in Fiji and I was not allowed to bring all the paints and glues I had bought in Sydney with me when I got on the plane in Australia, so now I am having to buy all my needs on line.
My kits from Japan are still in their boxes and yet to be investigated.
I will have many question once I have got my work area arranged, as it has been a few years that I have not built a model due to my studies and work commitments.
I have only two friends here in Suva who like modelling, so I will be spending some time and effort with them (As time and weather permits) and I am sure we will look in here as often as we can.

Oh i´m convinced that you will see that scalemats is a great tool for modeling. But the people here are absolute remarkable! I suspect that no forum worldwide has so many friendly and kind members. Apart from very skillful modelers, its obvious for all to help each other. Just look around and when you have questions, ask!;)
