Thanks a lot for your really nice comments guys. For a tight rigging, I filled all inner mast halves with steel wire. Then I replaced all sail yards with wooden dovels turned in lathe. So I easily tighten the rigs.But all of these process took my more than one year. Choppa, DART VADER is always right what he said 🙂 🙂 🙂

Dear Bassam, I kindly advice you that fill in the mast halves inside with steel wire to avoid bent while rigging.
