Especially those of Revell or Vallejo? Other than that I'm pretty happy how it turned out. Would choose more vibrant colour next time though😢
M M@Martin I plan trying Tamiya Clear even though I have heard it runs a little hot. Then follow it up with some automotive polish. I picked Tamiya Candy Lime Green TS-52. I am thinking over a dark primer it might look a little like Porsches current offering called "Lizard Green."

Xu HoMy EXP: Mr.Color clear coat goes white when the air is too dampness. Check the weather before use it.

This was supposed to be a weekend build. The kit is very simple but extremely well engineered. I focused on getting the paintjob done properly. Everything went okay untill clear coat. I put a layer of Mr. Color clear coat but it was something wrong with it, the whole surface turned almost white. I did not want to strip the paint and start over, so I tried to polish it away which sort of worked. Afterwards I continued with Revell Aqua Clear which worked fine but I wasnt able to get rid of orange peel left by Mr. Color paint. Anyways, I moved to huge masking job and in a hurry did not cover everything properly so there was bit of an overspray here and there. In the end I was able to get rid of most of the overspray. So all in all, easy build, but not very satisfied with the paintjob.
