Following! This is indeed a challenging project, and you are definitely going above and beyond what I am doing with my Su-30MKM project. Love the scratchwork in the gear bays!
This is gonna be good!

Thanks for your comments Nathan Dempsey and Michael Phillips. As seen in the photos, it has not been easy to adjust the "SOL" resin shims to the "Academy" model, but there is not much left to finish this project.

Some really nice work there! I am currently too having fun with the landing gear of a Sukhoi (34), I appreciate the work on yours, scratchbuilt details look great! Also going from a Su-27UB to Su-30SM is quite a shot, I admire your courage & determination... Will be following this one, looking forward to see more!

I finally close this project. I finished the model in november 2019, then I took it to the National Aeronautical and Space Museum of Chile, to participate in the exhibition "A Century of Air War", however due to the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic in which the the museum had to remain closed, it was not possible to recover my model until June 2022.
Ok, now to think about a next project.
Greetings.

Album info
To make the modification from a Su-27UB, Academy, and turn it into a Su-30SM, I am using a resin conversion brand "SOL" (South Korea) Su-30MK appeared in the '90s. Therefore, I will have to manufacture from scratch some pieces like canard planes and part of the armament.
