I think I'll use this kit to test the AK Xtreme metal paint on since the wings and lower fuselage are natural metal.

Thanks Roland! As a builder I was always afraid of gloss finishes and natural metal. I'm trying several smaller projects to hone these skills so that I can finally conquer some of the larger projects in the stash. 🙂

I got the nose weight in and glued and it appears to have worked.

Donald Dickson III have this one and the Pan Am markings in the stash. Seeing this pop up makes me want to do the Pan Am version. And Ive already done the C-97 version. Hmmm...
