Why did they toy around with the idea of stone/sand i do wonder tho. in an urban area i can understand a la Berlin Brigade but apart from that it just sticks out.

Murad, thanks for the kind words! I don't really know why they went for the sand colour. I guess it would be somewhat effective on the heath in the Netherlands and the German plains, but I agree it sticks out compared to the other colours. I'm pretty sure that once the colour is toned down with some weathering I have it spot on. I only have one colour photo and it is very close to that as is already. Effective or not, I really like this camouflage with the white parts.
