May 27, 2022Added the nose, the side plates. Again fitting the tail. Unfortunately, the base of the tail doesn't reach a panel line, which according to my references should. It seems my tail base is too short?24
May 28, 2022After much deliberation, I realized the ADF tail appears too short. Might be my fault due to me not taking note of how much I sanded off. Sooo, took out some scrap styrene and glued it to the bottomg, and begin the process of reshaping and lengthening the base of the tail25
May 28, 2022Using the KASL hobby F-16A tail as reference, I carefully elevated added to the height. At this point, epoxy putty was added to smoothen out the larger seams. Comparing to the tail, looks good.26
May 28, 2022Height and length wise, both tails are basically similar27
May 28, 2022And a massive improvement appearance wise28

June 20, 2022Based from what I've read, the ADF variants were primarily interceptors, and fighters if need be. Which meant for stores, I'll be purely arming this bird with missiles. Here are the missiles all decaled.
