Personal interest:
Iraq fielded the radar-guided ZSU-23-4 self-propelled anti-aircraft system with every Army battalion. They were often co-located with medium range SAM batteries to prevent coalition aircrews from flying low under their weapon engagement zone. Iraq used this system with success in Operation Desert Storm, but it was not a substantial threat to Operation Southern Watch missions.
