Alan RushThanks for posting the photos Glenn. It looks like it was a good show. Lots of great work, but I like the crashed Ford Focus, complete with deployed airbags. Do you remember what the robotic centipede-like creature is? Is it anime, Warhammer 40K?

Alan not sure about that centerpede thing it's a gundam anime kit not warhammer maybe Bandai ? really well done i think it might have won a place in the comp great paint finish and battle marks on it. Alan RushThanks Glenn. I was curious, so looked it up. It was in Gundam or Mecha class. It was "The Kshatripede" and took 1st Place made by Mark Carlisle. There were a huge number of entries compared to the shows I have seen.

Glenn АуторAlan they always get around 600 or so entries in this comp as it's the largest comp in Australia and I always love to see the large array of subjects entered.
Hey Michael L & M do a 1/48 scale PC-9 it's listed on scalemates you can buy his stuff on Ebay sometimes! Yes Gunther I would like a Lavi too!

Glenn АуторHi John C , Thanks for letting us know about the new 1/72 PC-9 from OZ MODS will have to have a look at this. I hear it's an injection moulded kit nice! gotta be better than the others i know of ? 🙂 I think Mr OZ MODS (Greg Anderson) is also on Scalemates maybe he can post some photos for us to see!!! Please!!!

Well it's that time of the year again. The biggest event in Melbourne the EXPO as before it's run from setup on Friday to the Queens birthday holiday on Monday. Held in the Members function room under the grandstand. Sandown Racecourse is the home to both a motor racing track and horse racing track! Anyway enjoy the pics! I don't know who owns what or what got an award. Look at the model EXPO site for that info!
