OlivierNormandy is a rather humid part of France. Therefore the truck can appear a bit wet.

Jean-Michel Tilquin Аутор@Rui: I used acrylics from Ammo by Mig. The wet look comes from the flashing light I think because it doesn't render like that in real. Thanks for the comment!
