Mercedes Benz A160_REVELL

Otro montaje sin pretensiones. Fuera de caja. Las complicaciones las trajo Revell, pero poco peleón.
Another assembly without complication. Out of box. The complications were brought by Revell, but little fight.  

El pequeño 'perdedor contra el alce' está bien representado, formas y dimensiones correctas.
The little 'loser against the moose' is well represented, correct shapes and dimensions.  

Por debajo se ensucia con tubos de oleos, casi sin diluir para simular el polvo espeso. Colores marrón, arena y siena tostada.
Below it is dirty with oil tubes, almost undiluted to simulate thick dust. Brown, sand and toasted sienna colors.  

 

Con éste kit no se requiere cirugía, cada pieza está en donde Revell diseñó. Resultando correcta la altura de la carrocería, posición de las ruedas, etc.
No surgery is required with this kit, every piece is where Revell designed it to be. Being correct the height of the bodywork, position of the wheels, etc.  

 

 

El cristal trasero no trae la curvatura correcta, ni 'pins' conectores de montaje, mmmmh. Hubiera sido una sorpresa un kit Revell perfecto.
The rear glass does not have the correct curvature, nor mounting connector pins, mmmmh. A perfect Revell kit would have been a surprise.  

Se fuerza un poco el cristal y se fija con cinta adhesiva y algún calzo. Simple pegamento de plástico no iba aguantar, pongo epoxy Araldite.
The glass is forced a little and fixed with adhesive tape and some wedge. Simple plastic glue would not hold, I put Araldite epoxy.  

Afortunadamente el epoxy no excedió los bordes internos del cristal.
Fortunately the epoxy did not exceed the inner edges of the glass.  

Acepto la forma del cristal delantero, desisto de doblarlo y relleno la brecha con un tira de Evergreen convenientemente cortada y pintada en negro.
I accept the shape of the front glass, give up bending it and fill the gap with a strip of Evergreen conveniently cut and painted black.  

 

Ninguna queja respecto a los interiores.
No complaints regarding the interiors.  

 

 

Se pone algo de polvo en las alfombrillas y el volante. Se intentan representar los grafismos de los botones, etc.
It gets some dust on the mats and the steering wheel. Attempts are made to represent the graphics of buttons, etc.  

 

 

Se utiliza Alclad para los metales. La rejilla delantera tiene la barra superior cromada, el resto aluminio.
Alclad is used for metals. The front grille has a chrome top bar, the rest is aluminum.  

 

Aluminio blanco de Alclad para las llantas. Las gomas hay que pintarlas con barniz mate.
Alclad white aluminum for the rims. The rubbers must be painted with matte varnish.  

 

 

 

 

Los cristales laterales se sustituyen con acetato.
Side crystals are replaced with acetate.
