Firing order. 

Testing with a 1mm section 

Stretched out inner diameter with a sewing pin 

I inserted the wire into a hypodermic. This is what was left over from making an antennae. The diameter was perfect for the wire and allowed me to nearly sew with it. 

With the wire extended. 

The stretched "boot"  

Fits like a dream and I did not need to worry about the wire flexing at all.

4mm section of Boot material. I cut a 50degree section from it and stretched on pin. 

Grab the 1mm end of angled boot to bend 

Incerted the wire following above process.

8 wires and the larger black which was not in the kit. Donated from a USB mouse cord ( i save everything) 

Okay, I got them in there. Just need glue and to lay out there they go.
