Hi Andreas, really nice kits you made. Especially pics 6 - 8 are interesting to me. Since all are the same scale the huge different in size is impressing. Without the figures one could think, you mixed several scales together.

By the way - if you use MS Office, you should have the "Microsoft Office Picture Manager". This tool is good enough to reduce size of pics. I only use that.

@Frank: I now use PhotoResize. A very light tool, which adds a link to Explorer Context Menu. One klick on a photo and you get it in the right size.
