Fantastic work Mike! I am going to build one in French colours for the group build on ATF, but nothing like yours....

Hard to believe that is a 40+ year old tooling...a testament to your art!

Wow looks absolutely fantastic.
I have two Academy Helldiver in my secret halls, which are certainly more modern kits. But I see now what you did with the old Airfixkit...amazing....respect....Guru 🙂

It is always a great pleasure for me, to watch your finished models.
Making Airfix models looking like you did, is remarkably terrific.
A couple of days ago I was talking with some modellers about the refinement of Airfix models like you did.
Airfix still has the same magical effectas we felt as boys.
As a consequence a box of the RAF Rescue Boat is waiting on my desk.
Keep on Mike, we like your refinements, it`s truly a pleasure and a honour when you share your treasures with us.

Hi Mike...
Another great build, you are to say the least, consistent...
Which made me think...
Have you ever had a disastrous or nightmare come lousy build??? Please tell!!!

Stunning work! I seen some pics from You on other forums but till this I didn't know that You're the "Migrant". Your building quality and the cleanness of the surfaces with Your painting style and technics are very inspiring! What else can I say: 👍

Hi Mike, as always a perfect work 👍, I think I will again have to do something with my beautiful😉 mark with the yellow nose 👍

I saw this in the mag and couldn't quite believe how much work had gone into bringing it up to scratch. May one be so bold as to ask how you got into doing these builds for the magazine? I have often wondered how it works.

Hi Mike. The model looks great. I am attempting the Academy 1/72 SB2C-4 for the Naval Aviation Groupbuild. It is really my first aircraft and quite slow going. Your pictures really offer something to aim for but I will be happy to successfully complete it. Maybe after years of experience I can produce one like yours. Congratulations.
