do u know how can i clean the window to remove the matte looking?

First put in water with denture tablet when cleaned, dip or swab with future floor wax or similar,inside and out. Position so it won t puddle while drying.

Do not try to polish or sand, etc that clear insert. It will crack and fragment.
Clean it. Tint it blue and coat.
