For a brushed model it looks good. There are some spots that the colour is rather thick. With some practice you will be able to paint the surfaces more evenly. And when you have some space, get an airbrush and you'll see a tremendous difference in what you can do.

Use a gloss varnish after the painting is finished in order to have a smooth surface for the application of the decals. This way you will minimise the presense of air under the decals and the silvering effect. Finally you use a matt or a semigloss varnish to finish your model.
