Thats no great secret.First Vallejo grey Primer.I did Vallejo Rust as Base.Then pre shading with Black(Vallejo).Then 3-4 layer Mig chipping fluid.Add Vallejo Yellow gold then Yellow mixed with base skin color for highlights.Highlight the middle of the Armor plates.Add Vallejo Yellow Gold to blend together.Then use different brushes(in scrubbing motion) and tweezers (scratches)to do the chipping.Thats it.
Next is chipping (micro chipping) 🙂

I think the trick is to do the chipping on the most logical places like edges or the Fingertips(on the Hand).

Its a lot of switching(look ..spray highlight...look....to much...spray shadow....arghhhh...naaaa,not good...other color....and so on.....
Thats how I work...I got a picture in my mind and try to get it on the plastic.Sometimes a little chaotic.
