Albatros D.V 1154/17 Lt. Max Ritter von Muller

Eduard's new "peelable" decals are great, they really look painted, but I wonder why they didn't try them before selling the kit: in the instruction they are shown like they should be, on the model like they really conform to the fuselage...
Some masking and painting needed! 

 

 

Not perfect, but better... 

Now for something new, for me at least: I am experimenting with the brand new uniPOSCA oil pencil!
Not easy to see in the photo, sorry, but I am try to underline the rib tapes, here you should see my effort on the right

The good thing about these oil pencil is that they can be washed away like oil colors, if needed.
I will keep testing them, they seem very promising... 

These are my new weapons: great uniPOSCA oil pencils!!!
Very useful for highlighting, drybrushing, subtle weathering, micro detailing... and more!
