Gary KitchenGreat stuff Frank. This is often the dilemma. The desire to want to display builds in a suitably large setting but having to accept there is no space for such things.

Having built all six aircraft types serving aboard HMS Ark Royal IV in the 1970s, I made a carrierdeck-ish base to display them at shows. It was a frustrating experience, as virtually every step went wrong. I somehow persevered, but the base doesn´t look as I would have wanted it - not by a long chalk.
