Personal interest:
This model represents the Mirage 2000C flown by the French Air Force in 1996. The Mirage 2000C was France's primary aircraft assigned to enforcing the no-fly zone. Many French units rotated in and out of the theater during Operation Southern Watch. This model carries the markings of EC 2/5 Île de France, which also fought in Operation Desert Storm.
