seb H Yazarthanks 😉 I've just some trouble with the paint, it's not dry enough, it's seems that it sometimes happen with AK polished aluminium, it has dried for the most part of the plane, but there are some parts not dry yet...so I've began an other kit as you have seen spanjaard 🙂 🙂 🙂

seb H Yazarthe paint as dried, but it took around 1 week...I used some steel for some panel, but had to repaint some parts with polished alu...so it's again drying for 1 week I think...

Donald Dickson III have this kit. Planning on doing John Glenns plane.
Couple questions. I take it there were few fit issues? And did you buff the primer coat at all?

seb H YazarI had some trouble with the nose, but nothing really hard to handle, for the primer i used AK primer black diluated with Ak diluant, the used the xtrem color black base, and finally alu polished
