Hi Fabian, I Know Concord 7063-German Artillery at War 1939-45 Vol.2 as some photos in pages 61 to 65. One with the following caption:
«Both the 10cm K18 and its cousin, the 15cm s.FH18, were mounted on the same carriage. The complete piece was too heavy for hauling by the horse-drawn artillery units in the lnfanterie-Divisionen, which
necessitated the breaking down of the piece into two loads. Here, the carriage is hauled by a team of six horses and a limber; the gun tube would also be hauled in a like manner, on a special-purpose limber. Note the all-steel wheel type as normally seen on horse-drawn
artillery.» I could send you the photo if you want, but the limber is not very noticeable 😉 Another good one with great photos concerning horse drawn variant of the sFH 18, is the Waffen-Arsenal, 135-Deutsche Schwere Feldhaubitzen 1934-1945 👍
