One minor tip. Cut the decals on the front edge of the door, very carefully with a new blade. Then add a bit of MarkFit and apply a little heat with a hairdryer.

Thanks Martin! I noticed I needed to cut the decals after taking these photos, but it wouldn't lay back down, I'll do the mark fit and hairdryer tip. Used Testors Model Master Nassau Blue Metallic Laquer (spray can).
