@builder_squirrel - yes, i used CMK kits aftermarket details - engine, bombs, gunbay and pilot seat.
I highly recommend this kit and CMK/Special Hobby detail sets!

Curtiss P-40N Warhawk from 45th Fighter Squadron, 15th FG USAAF, Pilot 1st Lt. Bruce Campbell, Makin 1944. N was final version of Warhawk and during 1944 its performance was already overcome by more modern planes like P-51 Mustangs. However Warhawks were still important workhorses like here on Makin where they were used for Combat support air strikes against enemy ground forces.
