P-51 Mustang

Tamiya 1/72 P-51D Mustang. Is 1/72 bad scale or is Tamiya version not desirable? Or is it too old now when we have Eduard (and Airfix, which is not as good in my opinion)? I liked to build it, although there wasn't too much to build and then I just got to weathering stage which I really liked.
