I started with an original 1974 vintage AMT 1:25 scale kit and a resin 108" BBC hood from GW Trucks. After bungling the original frame, I robbed one from a reissue. The front wheels came from a Diamond Reo, as did the battery boxes. The crane is from an Italeri accessories pack, and the dump bed itself is scratchbuilt. The junk in the back came from various kits, except for the shovels, which are white metal castings of unknown origin.
