Seems very light for panzergrau, maybe hit it with a dark wash?

Yes it was my first panzer grey model I had to use a paint conversion chart and thats the colour it converted to. Itscactually one of thr rlm greys, its possible that the chart conversion was wrong

It was one of my first armour models after returning to modelling. I planned to do a wash on it to darken it and finish weathering it. However its in the cupboard in a long line of 'to do' models

I wouldn't worry too much about it being too light. Once it's washed and weathered that'll be toned down dramatically.

Ill eventually get around to it - i had just returned to modelling after leaving it in 1975 - all these new techniques
