Construction

Starting point was a Busch HO scale Santa Barbara Police 1957 Bel air 

First was repositioning the lights 

Followed by sanding off the chrome stripes 

Molotow chrome on the steering wheel turned out beautifully until it went PING off the tweezers never to be seen again 

Painted the wheels yellow and blasted the interior with krylon flat black because I'm impatient 

First coats of yellow were unsatisfactory 

 

 

That's better, still not great

Decals! I used a resized jbot set, and drew the chrome strip myself. 

I was impatient again and sprayed it with tamiya clear lacquer from a rattle can im the dark. Whoops... 

Ruined the chrome strip om the passenger side
