Orion III Space Clipper

This is not the Airfix model - but it should be seen in connection with it: as inspiration to get this somewhat smaller and extremely smart model by Moebius! The kit itself is simple and well made, the detail shapes tend to be a bit washed out- but the shapes that match the film model are impressive. Even in 1:160 scale, the Space Clipper is not that small. The interior made of plasticised cardboard is innovative - in the meantime I can say: it works, also as a solution for the cockpit.
