Nearing retirement, I resurrected scale modeling from my childhood as a way to de-stress. After forty years away, I'm loving how the activity has evolved. I never dreamed as a kid that we'd have the stuff we have now to work with. What a difference going from old globby testor's glue to tamiya liquid cement. Starting out small, I'll eventually be taking on Trumpeter's 1/200 Titanic. A large scale Titanic is something I'd wanted to do way back then. Re-honing my skills first on smaller stuff before I tackle "Big Bertha."
