I grew up in NE England, mostly building Airfix kits, with the odd Revell/Tamiya/Esci one every now & then, plus Matchbox later on. I pretty much left the hobby (but not quite) on encountering adult life, came back to it in late 2018. I mostly build aircraft (1/72 & 1/38) and armour (1/72, 1/76, 1/35), with the odd departure if something else takes my fancy.
