Northrup Gamma 2J

Quick build using the Planet Models 1/72 kit.

The 2J was a two-seat trainer built for 1935 US Army contest calling for basic and intermediate trainer aircraft. It lost out to the North American BC-1, the AT-6 Texan predecessor.

The 5D was sent over to Nakajima in Japan for study and inspired the B5N Kate.
