Made my first model (Matchbox P-47D) way back in 1977, lost interest for a few years then got the bug again in '86 when I completed an Airfix B-17G, my first proper "painted" kit. In 2002 other things started to occupy my spare time and I packed my kits and tools away for when I would have a little more free time, I started again in Dec 2013

I love unusual subjects, I had kept a small stash of kits I bought twenty to thirty years ago as some of them are quite rare. Since I started again I've mainly been buying and building 1:100, 1:144 & 1:200.
