Freebie F-14D on stand

Got a free kit from a friend who started assembly on the cockpit and engine intakes years back but never went further than that. Decals were old and I tried three times to get newer ones that weren't yellowed, but to no avail, so I added F-4 decals in spots to add a little definition to the markings, even if they are inaccurate. Some old decals were also used, but again as a free kit this was mostly about experimentation with making a display base.
