Any progress with your Cheetah? I'm curious to hear of any problems with the kit. I have two in my stash.

i'm still gathering information about the atlas cheetah. for now all i can say is that the main wheel of the kit is incorrect ive found several photos with wheels of mirage III and also with wheels similar to mrage 2000 so probably i'll get an resin ones, about the kit fiting i've tested the main body and the wings and it looks ok for now, some small gaps to fill nothing serious.

In my search for references I came across a book titled "Cheetah Guardians of the Nation" written by Winston Brent. He's from South Africa and his email is afmil@global.co.za. It took a lot of doing and ended up costing me close to $100.00 dollars but I did get a copy. It has a similar formate as the Duke Hawkins series with lots of detail photos but the pictures are printed smaller than the Duke books. At least it is something to use.
