Post-apocalyptic base in a forest

Crashed (or abadoned) Mi-8 in a pine forest found by survivors of a (yet unknown) disaster.

The survivors built their camp around the Mi-8 containing containers (20ft, 40ft or even both). The helicopter and containers will function as living and storing units.
Various vehicles like a Pick-up with a customized loading deck for a bed and additional cargo space or a Humvee to defend the area are part of the camp. Other accessoires might be fences, barbed wire, mounted guns or a farming area.
The Mi-8 might be painted in a vibrant orange to represent a mi-8 in civil use. The color will be weathered a lot and will be roughly painted over by the survivors to be less visible from the air. They might even put comouflage nets over some parts of the helicopter.

To create height the diorama will contain some large pines.
