Personal interest:
This model represents an Iraqi P-12 radar. The P-12 was a VHF early warning radar mounted on a Zil-131 truck. Iraqi P-12 coverage was of interest not just due to its long-range detection ability, but also because it was potentially capable of detecting nearby stealth aircraft like the F-117. Though relatively mobile, the Iraqi Army tended to keep their P-12 radars out of harms way during Operation Southern Watch.
