My kit was missing one wheel, so I used Heller's own form on their website on july 9th. I'd get a free part, or an email with a price for the replacement. I sent a reminder on the 7th of august. We're another month further along and still nothing. Not even a reply. Rubbish after sales! 👎

So today, after a little more than 3 months I found an envelope from Heller in my mailbox with a big chunky piece in it. Happy! 😄
Sadly enough it was a tyre (part 22) instead of the requested wheel (part 23). Not happy anymore. 🙁

I tried again in december. Still nothing. In two months it's been a year since I first contacted Heller…

Heller has been bought by a german company... Customer service should be better than before, but apparently, it's not... That's really a shame. I have had the same problem when Heller was still french, Emails, emails emails, no answers. It took me several months before I got the missing sprue...

Yippee! Today I received a package from Heller. I had totally forgotten that this was still in motion.
Apparently sending part 23 is very hard, as I now received part 9, the smaller of the rubber tires instead of the large wheel…
