Good job!
The camouflage of the Italian Air Force is something special!
Here is a good website on this topic-

While slogging through the build that'd never end (my SAIA SM.79 that I posted earlier today) I picked up this Hobbyboss 1/72 Macchi C.200 kit as a therapy build.
Of course, I decided to take it a bit too far. While I kept the pedantic add-ons to a minimum, I only added a set of Eduard generic Italian seat harnesses to add interest to the tiny but open cockpit, I ended up spending an undue amount of time doing body work on the model. A significant amount of gluing, filling, sanding, filling, and sanding were done to hopefully hide the fact that this was a very, very simple kit from Hobbyboss' "Easy Assembly" line. I also chose one of the more complicated camouflage schemes. This pattern is affectionately referred to as "Uova al Purgatorio", or eggs in purgatory, as a reference to the popular Italian egg dish.
The machine I chose to model is one of the aircraft of the 81º Squadriglia which operated out of Sicily in 1941 as part of the air campaign against Malta.
Painting was accomplished with AK Real Colors lacquers and artists oils. Markings came from an Xtradecal set.
