Hello everyone!! Glad to be back on here... I have been trying to perfect my 2 current completed builds. My first one up is the Italeri 1:48 scale UH-1N "Gunship". I used the Cobra company Update set for current UH-1N's. It needed some updating seeing how this was originally supposed to be a USAF aircraft. The marines use the guns mounted ontop of the rocket pods where the kit instructed to install them inside the cabin. I had to fabricate the mounts and "loops" ontop the rocket pods. I used >97 cent primer from walmart (it matched the best) and Model master Acryl 4746 Medium gray. The IR jammer was painted to look like the real thing, almost prismatic. I used "Sally Hansen" lustre shine dark blue and then put a top coat of the lustre shine gold. It turned out PERFECT. The decals are from Two Bobs Whiskeys in the mix. Well, Hope you enjoy!!!
