This is not a clean paintjob, this one is awesome sterile! Not my subject but perfectly matched! Really cool, Mike! Your braille scale birds have soul!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, And AGAIN Grant !!!. Just so consistent with you beautifully dressed little birds. Just perfect. You must have one hell of a steady heart and hand mate. 🙂 👍 👍

Nicely done, great paintjob, but in my eyes a bit too bright, and lacks of the typical silvering. But I know, the metallic shining of the new stealth birds is almost impossible to do on a model. Tried to do this on a have glass F-16, it's hard. What colours did you use?

Looks like a toy !! Just as the real one ! This is a perfect !!!
Alex, where do you see silvering ?

@Florent: the original has a very distinct slight metallic shine, I didn't mean the decals are silvering. Actually, the decals are excellent on this model!

Florent, Alex is referring to the Have Glass coating modern jets receive since recently. It appears to be some kind of metallic paint from a distance but is actually quite rough to the touch.

No problem! 🙂 [img1] or [img2]
This shows nicely what I mean: airwingspotter.com/t..8th-fw-f-16c-blk-42/ I did it on my F-16 with some graphite powder grinded from a pencil lead, and rubbed onto a gunship grey. Looked great, but after some gloss cote for the decals, the effect vanished again.

One of the cleanest builds I've ever seen - it looks nearly antiseptic.
Congrats!
