About the Heeresflak, I'm not really sure if this is the correct position for the two 2cm Flak 30 on Heereslafette (Army Mount). I just found this excellent 3D model and according to this model the Flak is direct in front of the aft Artillerieleitstand (aft conning tower) – see photo no. 5 and 6
