Thx Spanjaard, first time I used my Smartphone camera to photograph scale models. I'm surprised as well about the shots.

Patrick HagelsteinThe advantage of a smartphone is that you can get into tight corners to get certain details without having a clumsy big camera hovering above delicate models. 😉

Christian Bruer АвторThank you all. Yes the quality was incredible high. Especially in figure painting. It was my third time there and the show amaze me new every year. From my point of view the best scale model show at the moment. Very well organized by the SMC team, a very nice venue and modelers from all over the world make sure that it is a special event every year.

The 10th Scale Model Challenge was held on the October weekend 21st to 22nd in Veldhoven NL. I attend with our German Gamblers Club Stand Display together with Pete Domm from Modellschmiede Hämelerwald and Stefan Schacht from Replica Ostfalia. Unfortunately Dirk, Guido and Frank couldn't make it this year. Mike MacCabe and Malcolm Finch were very welcomed guests at our stand during the two days. We had a lot of visitors and met old and new friends, including some of the fellow Scalemates, especially Spanjaard.
