Beautiful! Messerschmitt 262 were built in Obertraubling near my hometown Regensburg. For lack of skilled pilots, kerosin and intact airfields they mostly stayed on the ground and repeated bombing of the facilities forced production to move into a forest nearby, a secret factory called "Waldwerk Gauting".

Thanks mates! Living close to history is interesting. I just found that several airfields within 20 minutes of my house were used to train crews on the use of radar and night interception. The next town over built Alligator amphibious tanks during WW2.
