Is this nurbs modeling? Or sub-div, or possibly box modeling with polygons?

I am guessing nurbs, but maybe in some dedicated software for the purpose, like for hard surface modeling.

Im modelling all the surfaces in Rhinoceros. is a Nurbs program. the idea is to 3d print the parts and then, add the rivetting and finish properly the surface and lately copy some moulds of all the parts to cast them in resin. Maybe when I have all ready I can Sell some kits to compensate the work done. Im planning to make also the Ha-200 because the difference is only the nose and some minor details.
